San Diego, California - As the source of QUALCOMM's philosophy and direction, the San Diego headquarters encompasses all the company's technologies and skills. It also offers a host of recreational and cultural events, both on site and in the local community, that contribute to the characteristic QUALCOMM spirit. Within QUALCOMM, can be found everything from well-equipped fitness centers to state-of-the-art labs. Every effort is made to provide an environment that makes employees' jobs both worthwhile and enjoyable.

San Diego itself has become a major high-technology center with activity in such diverse areas as aerospace, biotech, computer peripherals, multimedia, software, and telecommunications. QUALCOMM's San Diego facilities are only minutes away from miles of beautiful beaches, top-ranked universities and cultural attractions, including concerts of every variety, museums and art galleries. San Diego also is home to the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Sea World and QUALCOMM Stadium home of the San Diego Chargers and Padres.

Cary, North Carolina - Our Processor Solutions Design Center is missioned to create the next generation of processor technology for the wireless industry. We’ve assembled a proven team of some of the best microprocessor engineers in the world.

Money magazine cited the high percentage of PhD's and the abundance of shade trees when it named Cary to their "hot" list of locations to live. Well centered to meet any lifestyle and education requirement, Cary is within an hour's drive of 14 major universities, the cultural and sport scene of Raleigh, and the technological resources of the famed Research Triangle Park. RTP is anchored by Duke University, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and North Carolina State, home to the Center for Embedded Systems Research. In just over 90 minutes you can be at the beach or the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. At home in Cary, you can enjoy the state-of-the-art Amphitheatre nestled in the trees by Symphony Lake in Regency Park. The park hosts multiple cultural events throughout the year. Environmentally conscious, Cary leads the state in environmental protection and preservation initiatives including water conservation, open space and historic resources preservation.

Campbell, California - As the world's leading supplier of integrated circuits for CDMA applications, it's only fitting that QUALCOMM has an engineering office in Silicon Valley. Here, exceptional VLSI design engineers create and refine applications for QUALCOMM's patented CDMA communications technology.

Campbell is located just southwest of San Jose and approximately 50 miles south of San Francisco, and is part of an area commonly referred to as Silicon Valley. Its attractions range from historical neighborhoods to high tech companies. Stanford University is the best known of several nearby educational institutions. Outstanding local museums host world-class exhibits. In addition to the excitement of being in the high tech capital of the world, the area offers easy access to city life at downtown San Francisco as well as nearby getaways such as Napa wine country and the Monterey peninsula.

Boulder, Colorado - Established in 1991, the Colorado office has played an important role in the company's continued success. Boulder is an innovative Engineering Design Center that supports a wide range of QUALCOMM divisions and projects.

QUALCOMM Boulder is located in a valley of technology surrounded by mountains of fun. It's a haven for outdoor activities: hiking, rock climbing, biking, birding, in-line skating, skiing, and snowboarding, to name a few. Denver, less than 30 miles away, offers all the amenities you'd expect of a major metropolitan area, including shopping, theater, art and science museums, and major sports teams such as the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, and Colorado Rockies.

Portland, Oregon - This office, which opened in 1997, designs new software applications and updates existing ones for our Wireless Business Systems (QWBS) and CDMA technologies divisions. Primary focus is on the OmniTRACS® family of information management systems for the transportation industry and the QCTest CAIT network optimization tool.

Portland, a cosmopolitan city with small-town charm, blends eccentric touches and traditional attractions: sidewalks paved with famous quotes, a 24-inch park, and the largest bookstore in the United States. The city's International Rose Test Garden, where more than 500 varieties of roses bloom, earned it the title, "City of Roses". Thousands of acres of parks, world-class shopping and dining, and a thriving arts community are among its other attractions.

Other U.S. Locations: QUALCOMM has numerous offices throughout the world to support engineering efforts, sales and customer service for our divisions.
